This a 20 ft new build container (never shipped) in mint condition.

The container was framed and insulated to be a office/workspace.

The timber Is spaced off the container wall with the closed cell spray foam insulation in behind it. This method prevents the container from sweating on the inside and rotting the framing. The foam is 70 mm thick and the framing 90 mm thick leaving ample room to run services.

The spray foam insulation is a incredible product. Just 70 mm of the foam gives you a r value of 3.8, far higher than the equivalent thickness of fiberglass.

Along with the high R value the closed cell foam forms a vapour barrier and adds bracing to the walls.

This container could easily be turned into a small home, extra bedroom, office or just used for safe and secure storage.
