Following information about this Waterman Edson fountain pen found when researching internet.... Manufacture of this Waterman Edson Sapphire Blue fountain pen has been discontinued. Combining form, function, and elegant design, the Edson is considered by many a contemporary classic.
It is made of high quality resin with gold trim. With its semi-transparent blue body and luxurious gold plated cap, the Waterman Edson Sapphire Blue radiates elegance, power and confidence. Introduced in 1993, this is Waterman's flagship pen. This pen was named after Waterman's company founder, Louis Edson Waterman.
From the curvaceous band around the cap to the gold-plated studs on the section, the Sapphire Blue has intricate details that lend an aesthetic balance to the streamlined shape.
This is a larger but not over-sized pen that will be a comfortable fit for most users. Pen Weight 45.8 g
The Edson can be filled using international size ink cartridges, or can be filled with any bottled fountain pen ink using the included converter, which is in a special blue colour to match the barrel.
