4 x Whitley Mint "American Eagle" 1/2 Troy oz. Gold Bullion Coins (2 Troy oz. Total)
KEY FEATURES
-Contains 1/2 Troy oz of .999+ pure gold in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) like condition.
-Minted in the early 1980's by a bespoke mint in Montana, USA.
-The obverse shows the head of an American Eagle facing left, with the inscription "AMERICAN EAGLE" on top and "WHITLEY MINT" below.
-The reverse has "1/2 oz .999+ Fine Gold inscribed, with "ONE HALF EAGLE" above & five stars below.
Originally purchased, & held, by family over 40 years ago; directly from the mint in the USA. Being quite rare they are certainly very, very seldomly seen in NZ.
