Hello, if the battery goes flat, what is the second option to open it?Where does the key goes in the door? Our current safe has a key as a back up option to open it manually, if the battery goes flat. Thanks k*****p (166) • 8:36 pm, Fri, 17 May

Hi there, great question. Should batteries fail or drop in residual power the replacement batteries are all located in the external key pad which is always accessible. This removes the need to open the safe to install batteries internally given a power failure. This particular safe model you are looking at is a commercial safe with the built in features not replicated in most domestic models. Trust this addresses all the concerns you may have.
