100 fresh Nikau Rhopalostylis baueri var Cheesmanii nikau seeds. These seeds come from my Tauranga grown nikau palms (see photographs). The species originates in New Zealand's Kermadec Islands. More available on request, .

This variety of NZ Nikau grows more rapidly and has a more open stance than the New Zealand mainland R. Sapida variety. It is a more graceful and tropical looking palm with wider fronds . It will tolerate growing in the shade but will grow much better in full sunlight once hardened off to the summer sun.

The parent plant is 6 metres tall (see photo) and 20 years old, with a 2.5 metre trunk. Will grow well in shade or full sun.

Pick up (if desired) is near the Otumoetai Golf Course, Tauranga
