This gate opener impressed us quite a bit when we tested it. It is a very sturdy gate motor and it sounds very smooth when actuated. This is a maintenance free brushless motor! Not long ago this kind of high tech motor would have cost you over a thousand $! To make the motor a top class system the manufacturer used magnetic limit sensors not mechanical switches. This makes it possible to completely close the motor housing so no bug or insect can get in. Suitable for gates of up to 1000kg on level ground.
