Full Timber Frame: 90mm x 45mm timber framing. H3 treated wall studs and nogs. 90mm x 45mm H4 treated timber floor joists.

Steel: Hi-tensile 0.4mm Corrugated Steel from Armorsteel NZ.

Finish:

• Large strong corner and door flashings to ensure no sharp corners.
• The top ridge flashing has soft edging on this for ultimate weather protection.

Floor:

• Includes fully assembled plywood floor and floor joists.
