Fire Quartz (so called for the red inclusions, also called haematoid inclusions) palm stone. Good sized, perfect for having in your pocket, or in your hand during mediation or similar.

Firey like the name, I find this stone is good for focussing and finding control, which makes it excellent for grounding and inspiring decision making in the indecisive!

This piece has natural grooves in surface, which are good for running your fingers over during mediation or while it's in your pocket.
