Independent audits ensure that the highest standards are met for this "living" probiotic tea (and believe me they are stringent - I have to worry about that as I am selling to the public - but as a Home Brewer - ie. NOT selling - you don't). My SCOBY's are grown specifically for sale in organic green and black tea mixes, They are NOT cast offs from kombucha making.
