Have you always wanted to try your hand at making small goods but thought it would be too complicated? It's easier than you think and the result will be better than you expect.

You will be making salami, bacon, Christmas ham, pancetta, prosciutto, coppa, bresaola, pate, rillettes, the best cold smoked salmon and a variety of sausages in any flavour you can imagine (hundreds of recipes in a link provided).

You will not only receive casings, spices etc but also extensive instructions and recipes.

Pepperoni Salami Kit

Salami Kit includes spices and 4 fibrous Casings

100 grams of Prague Powder

Chorizo spices, enough to make 5kg of delicious spicy sausages

Boerewors spices - enough to make 5kg of authentic boerewors (voted by South African commercial butcher as “the best”)

40-45 meters of 32mm natural hog casings - enough to make 22-25kg of sausages

15 meters of 28mm collagen sausage casings - enough to make 5kg of sausages

15 meters of 22mm collagen casing - enough to make 5kg of sausages

100 ml of liquid smoke for that special flavour

Enough bacon cure for 30kg of bacon wet or dry
