Laksa Curry Powder Pure Spice Easy Recipe No Additives Leena Spices

A unique range of spices blended to create the noodle soup dish from Malaysia and Singapore. Laksa is usually made with coconut cream and curry spices. (Recipe on the back.)

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Fenugreek, Galangal, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Onion Powder, Shallots, Turmeric and Yellow Mustard.

RECIPE

LAKSA CURRY MIX

Ingredients:

500g seafood, chicken or tofu,

1 Tbsp cooking oil,

1 1/2 tsp Leena's Laksa Curry Mix,

1 onion chopped,

1/2 tsp fish sauce,

400mL coconut cream,

100g any vegetable of your choice,

200g noodles cooked and drained,

100mL stock,

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Mix Leena's Laksa Curry Mix with a little water to make a paste.
2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. Add laksa paste and onions. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes
3. Add coconut cream, stock, and chicken, seafood or tofu. Simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked.
4. Add vegetables and noodles. Cook for 5 minutes and serve
