Zillo was designed by a NZ osteopath to support the upper back to enhance posture thereby reducing strain on the neck and shoulders. It has a unique shape and contour quite different to other ‘donut’ type travel pillows. If you google Zillo pillow you can learn more about the design and also see feedback from other users and photo of it being worn. Hubby and I bought two of these for a long haul flight and hubby found his excellent, it’s certainly well designed and he's keeping his.

Me on the other hand, being a very small person found wearing mine a bit too bulky and restrictive. Yes, it did support my neck for sure, but I just couldn’t get used to the feeling of wearing it. So, it has been worn for about an hour – once only. Worth mentioning, it is fairly squashable, so if you have a good size carry on, you will probably be able to push the pillow flattish to put it into your bag – something you can’t usually do with the bean filled type of travel pillow. Otherwise, you can easily wrap it around a suitcase or a bag handle using the velcro to secure it. The pillow has a zipped removable cover so that it can be washed.

I paid $79.99 for this pillow end of March 2024, so here's an opportunity to score one for a lot less.
