YOUR lamp will need to have a secure lamp holder and be stable enough to support a 40cm shade. The shade can be provided with a frame that suits a 29mm or 40mm lamp holder. Unless you specify 40mm (to fit US and EU type lamp holder) it will be supplied with the common 29mm NZ type.The shade is photographed hanging but you will get it adapted for a standard lamp.
