10 metres of 32-34mm finest New-Zealand Hog Casings.
These Casings are strong and flexible.
The casing can be used with any sausage maker and is preserved in natural salt and will keep in the fridge for at least 1 year.
This length of the casing should make about 5 kg of premium sausages. If 10 Meters is not enough, it is more economical to buy a 1/2 or a whole hank, see my other listings.
