Garlic Powder - 1kg

Garlic Powder adds instant flavour! It is simply made from fresh garlic cloves which are dried and ground down. This light yellow powder is a great addition to soups, stews and homemade seasonings.

If you love garlic then you will probably always have a good supply of fresh garlic at all times. Although fresh garlic is wonderfully pungent and strong, it is sometimes time consuming to prepare and it doesn’t blend well into some textures. Garlic powder still has a powerful kick and dry rubs into flour, blends easily into gravies and doesn’t burn quickly when used as a topping (e.g. garlic bread). Powdered garlic is also useful when making quick dips as you can get an even flavour.
