How to use: You will need to determine the length of your menstrual cycle, and work out which day of your cycle to start testing on. Collection:

1. Reduce liquid intake approximately 2 hours prior to urine collection. Try to collect urine at about the same time each day for the entire cycle.
2. Do not collect the first urine specimen after waking up. Time to collect urine should be around 10am to 8pm but the best time to collect would be around 1pm to 3pm.
3. Urine specimens must be collected in clean, dry containers. Ensure that the quantity of the specimen collected is sufficient to submerge the dip region of the test strip.
