Ferro-Care Pregnancy Multivitamin tablets are formulated to provide support through all stages of pregnancy - Pre-Conception, Pregnancy and Breastfeeding. They include 18 essential nutrients, including iron, folic acid and iodine. Ferro-Care Pregnancy supports healthy foetal brain development. Ferro-Care also provides a 500 microgram daily dose of folic acid. If taken daily for one month prior to conception and during first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid may reduce the risks of birth defects associated with the neural tube such as spina bifida and anencephaly.
