Zaditen antihistamine eye drops for short term treatment of symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis

Zaditen Eye Drops contain an antihistamine for short term treatment of watery, itchy or red eyes that are the symptoms of hayfever or seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Antihistamines work by blocking the effect of the substance histamine which is released in the body in response to allergens such as pollen, grass, dust mites and animal hair. The active ingredient in Zaditen also stabilises cells to prevent more symptoms, and has an anti-inflammatory effect to reduce redness and irritation.

Zaditen starts to work within minutes and the effect of one dose lasts for 8 - 12 hours. It is suitable for all adults and children over 3 years of age.

If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye or if the conditions worsens, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If you have glaucoma do not use this product except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. Do not use while wearing contact lenses. Keep drops in a cool, dry place. Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from direct sunlight. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding seek medical advice before use.
