A great product - Magnesium powder is far more economical & bioavailable than buying in tablet or capsule form - just add to water & take as required. Mg Bisglycinate form is bound to amino acid glycine & facilitates intestinal absorption.

1 teaspoon = 2,500mg Mg Bisglycinate (250mg elemental) Approx 90 serves, or more if lower dosage. I found it better absorbed/higher potency, so only needed 1/4 tsp/serving

I only used 2 teaspoons from bottle, so practically all there still. Unfortunately ordered more bottles than I needed.
