A great product - Calcium Citrate powder is far more economical & bioavailable than buying in tablet or capsule form - just add to juice & take as required. Calcium Citrate is an optimal calcium supplement & is pure - no other ingredients or fillers.
1 1/2 teaspoon = 3000mg Ca Citrate (600mg elemental) Approx 75 serves, or more if lower dosage. Because citrate powder is better absorbed, I found I only needed to take 1/2 tsp/serving
I only used 1 teaspoon from bottle, so practically full. Unfortunately ordered more bottles than I needed.
