The original 5 inch Blackmagic video assist. It's had a lot of use, but it's in great working knick, with minor paint scratching on a few edges.

Comes with the original box, a bunch of DIN-SDI cables to get you up and running (worth 100's in their own right) and the original power adapter if I can find it (99% sure I will).
