Has non volatile memory. Can be set to auto restart after power off or Manual restart. Stores up to 10 preferred settings of voltage and output. Just select mode 1 to 10 after these have been set. A typical use for this is to set it up for charging different battery voltages and battery types. Just select the stored values.
