iPod is in good condition - has standard amount of wear for age. There are light scratches on the screen but they are not noticeable when the iPod is on and I have put a tempered glass screen protector on the iPod to protect it from further scratches.

Holds around 700 songs and still gets a great battery life. I leave it on and use it for 3 - 4 hours a day and only need to charge it once a week or so.

I am including the Apple Charging Dock as for some reason this iPod will only sync/charge on the dock. If I put the Apple 30-pin to USB Cable directly in to the iPod it doesn't recognize it but it works with the dock every time.

There is no Apple ID tied to this device and it is unlocked with no passcode.
