This is a Tyler Norwegian style wheel rescued from total neglect. I have converted the flyer to an Ashford system that can take both standard and jumbo bobbins. I have also manufactured a new flyer pulley since the original was of such a size that made double drive mode very difficult. It has an intuitive tensioning system whereby a wooden screw interacts with a cantilever on the mother of all and I find this very user-friendly. It comes with 2 standard and one jumbo bobbin. I used this for my plying wheel for a long time but need to downsize. Pickup is best (free) but I am willing to drop this off to a depot of your choice in Hamilton for a $5 handling fee.
