This an old Louet spinning wheel from the 1970s. It is made in Holland. I think it is an S17 and certainly the design is very similar to modern S17. (See one of the photographs of the modern version, price in US dollars.) It spins in adjustable Irish tension only. The bobbins are huge and it spins very fast so one can get through mountains of fleece very efficiently. It has been fully refurbished and spins beautifully as this video attests:

it comes with 3 bobbins, one original and 2 that I have made. Pickup is best (free) but I am willing to drop this off to a depot of your choice in Hamilton for a $5 handling fee. Please arrange your own shipping with a carrier of your choice. Wise Move (https://www.wisemove.co.nz/) is an excellent place to start. Wait for a few quotes to come in before you make your choice. Pack and Send are also very good - they pack extremely well for safety and ship quickly but they are probably a bit more expensive.
