A wider radius than that of the 162 model makes it perfect for the initial coarser hollowing. Double edged making it suitable for left and right handed users. The Mora Woodcarving chisel tool 106 has a thin, tapered blade and a pointed tip made from laminated Carbon steel designed for dexterity when carving wood. Both have oiled birch wood handles which provides excellent grip and control when carving. They will carve most types of wood including hard woods such as Cherry and Ash. Mora 106 is supplied with a thermoplastic sheath. Mora 163 is supplied without sheath. NOTE: These are sharp objects for use by Adults only. Care must be taken when using this item.
