This is the top end of a large, rimu log that was milled last year, the tree was standing dead and was felled from private property in Whitford in early 2021. Timber is seasoned for 2 years + as log, it has had a few Huhu grub give it a good chew (see photo 4) and has a fair bit of features / soft wood. These small slabs will need some stabilized with expoxy, they would be ideal for expoxy projects.

Sizes of slabs 1,2,3 are between 1400mm - 1500mm long and 550mm - 600mm wide. Slabs 4 and 5 800mm - 1095mm long and 400mm - 480mm. All slabs are cut to 2 inchs, 50mm thick.

Grab a bargain, these will still make some great little projects with a little epoxy and some work.
