Around its middle is a 1¾cm x 2mm metal round disk, size of a 10cent piece, for your finger. This metal disk separates the front 6cm x 7cm tube from the back 7cm x 8cm tube. The whole punch needle is hollow, to take the wool that you thread into the pointy front end 5mm hole. The wool continuously runs through this hole, as you put the point into your fabric, to make straight stitches on one side and loop stitches on the other. Punch needles are great, when you make fabric items for decoration. Measurements: 15cm x 7cm. No cigarette. In Birkenhead.
