This fun Heine skirt is a European 36, GB 10, but I am a definite 10, so a generous 36. Could be worn by a size 8 on the hips, and would fit a small 12 IMO. Black and grey, this skirt has a stretch burn-out velour main fabric with lace, and a silky grey fabric to contrast. Layered with a lace up feature on one side at the front, has a back zip and button to fasten. Limited wear, but don't reach for it. Waist laid flat, across unstretched36cm. Stretches to 41cm. Length 56cm.
