Near new nice quality thick leather waist belt with loop ring unfortunately to small for me. Detour L brand unisex I guess. 38mm wide, 4mm thick, 106 cm total length, and 85-90cm to buckle holes so under 34" maybe 32-34" should be fine. Probably best as an over belt the ring won't go through jean loops. Good for a rocker, gothic, Slave/Master kinky look or similar. Please check photo and measure yourself first. If you don't like it good.
