Quality Macpac waterproof raincoat (jacket). Size 8 kids. Black so suitable for boys or girls. Purchased new for my daughter and still in excellent condition. Does have an iron-on label on the clothing tag but the entire tag could be cut-off or a new label attached on top or the existing one written over.
