1025 genuine hours with regular servicing at company of purchase. It has general wear & tear consistent with 11 years use and kept under cover and serviced regularly, the last service being being 6 days ago. I traded my 18hp carburetor Walker for this EFI 23hp mower and never regretted it as it has plenty of grunt and economical. I used it to service 6 local lifestyle blocks for 7 years without incident and for the last 4 years it has been used on my own small lawn that takes me 8 minutes every other week so should now go to another home to be used more. Once you use a true zero turn out front finishing mower you wouldn't want any of the tractor type mowers as it is so easy to use and very maneuverable.
