This is the most comprehensive range of building drawings we have offered to date - with a back-up service. It is a culmination of 250 hours of work - to your benefit.

These plans will enable you to build a building up to 30m2 & up to 40m2 for a Car-Port, without a Council Building Consent - Any shape, any size, concrete or wooden floor - your choice.

The NZ Government have created new legislation to enable this construction to a limited size in August 2020.

To enable your project to comply when you sell your home, these drawings will enable this if you follow the guidelines shown in the drawings.

You will be able to build - A building - Both Mono Pitched roof and a Gable style. A Free-Standing Car-port - 3 Different roof styles offered - Flat, Gable, Hipped. A Deck, expandable to suit your project. A Staircase [for your deck] Foundation Bracing, Wall Bracing.

These drawings will enable you to provide the documentation to achieve compliance under the new regulations from August 2020 if the plans are adhered to.

To enable this back-up service, we need you to provide your details for future help with our simple registration form that will accompany the plans. Your project will be given its own project number for future reference & help.

The drawings - 37 Sheets, will be emailed to you in A3 sized PDF Format.
