This sale is a bit confusing because there are many options from one to three homes all in this structure. We have the modules in stock, so it's just a matter of selecting the configuration you want. But in any case this home/s will last for generations and resist almost any natural disaster.

The Three Levels are accessed by an Industrial Grade / Fireproof Stairwell / Green House with Garage / Laundry and Utility Room which includes the 5000 Liter Stainless Steel Water Storage and Pump System with another 2000 Liters on the roof.

The Modules are a mix of Brand New and our Showhome which is around five years old but in excellent condition.
