The plywood floor is overlaid with a 15mm thick plywood oak top flooring panel. There are LED Dow lights and slim line power points. The house is painted with DULUX paints. There is a 26L/min LPG hot water heater included which has been pre-plumbed in. The veranda is 1.8 wide by 3.6 long and can easily be removed for transporting.
