Good little cabin.

6m long, 2.9m wide.

Inside has a living area with small kitchen area at the end, then through the solid timber door is a room with 2 bunks, and off to the side of that is the little bathroom with a shower fitted. We just used a portable toilet.

The living area and bunk room have just had a fresh coat of Resene Half Tea paint and are very tidy.

The bathroom has not been painted. The shower is functional with no leaks when last used. But the gas califont needs replacing - water was only coming out warm.

There is a matching mattress that goes with it - they are just 100mm thick foam.

The building is built on 2 solid H4 treated bearers.

All timber framing.

Very well insulated walls and ceiling.

The building is situated on a farm with good flat access and is easily picked up and transported by a Hiab at the buyers expense.

The building is sold as is at this price.

If the building does not sell I will paint the exterior of it and complete some of the odd jobs remaining and the price will go up accordingly.
