Sits upon a box section 8 wheeled trailer (so it’s “movable”) but will need oversized truck transporter & pilot vehicle to move it from site, collection is from Waiuku, South Auckland

Master internal measurement 2.47m x 3.18m (not including the wardrobe - ie room is deeper than 3.18m) 2 Small rooms 2.4m x 1.9m (one has laundry connections in a corner)

NOTE 3 photos- optional sale is PART of the patio portal (steel framing) for which you can create an enclosed area giving extra 3m x 12m living area. We have the sides & roof framing for $1500. just not the deck/base (deck/base was since used on another project).
