Eco Tech Roof Base Coat is a Hi-Build modified acrylic formulated specifically for use as the bond coat for re-chipping Decramastic Roof Tiles and as a High Build prep coat on older concrete tile substrates.

High Build roof prime is ideally suited for the concrete tile roof which has lost its smooth coating, but can also be used on many other surfaces to fill unevenness.

Paint Tech High Build Primer 10L Undercoat is a top quality acrylic roof primer, with anode properties combatting uneven surfaces of all types.

Has excellent adhesion to most surfaces including metal/iron roofing material and will allow the finish coat to maintain maximum gloss retention.

Used by quality tradesmen - can be painted, rolled or sprayed. Designed to give maximum adhesion and excellent hold out qualities to help the top coat to perform to its maximum capabilities.

This product has been formulated to stick to most substrates and has been specifically modified to maximize penetration and adhesion and alkali resistance.
