All the flooring in these pictures is included in the auction. Estimating 80 sqm.

Around 7-8 years old Floating boards Boards will be removed and left under car port for pick up from 30th May Pick up required. Ideally to be collected by 2nd June

Am installing new boards as part of our renovation. The floor area for replacement boards was measured at 87.8sqm.

The boards around the kitchen island are fairly marked and may not be of interest to some people but could also be placed under furniture and or sanded along with the rest of the boards.

I have tried to show the flooring as much as possible. There are some boards with various marks but these sections could be cut out if desired. The boards could possibly get a sand also to refinish them.

Looking online some pricing for this exact product starts at $145 per sqm so buying new would cost $11,600 for the 80sqm of flooring up for auction.

Pick up is in Strowan with trailer access. No other items in the photos other than the flooring and underlay are part of this auction.
