Uppababy vista V1 with V2 Rumble Seat. The rumble seat was just purchased last year in April 2023 so not much use on it. In very good used condition. The suspension is definitely what separates this from other strollers. Very easy to fold and unfold.

Hi, yes that's possible but the seats will need to be more sit up on some configurations. You can Google UPPAbaby vista configurations to see in details. The bassinet will fit this frame but you will need an additional adapter to fit the bottom one.
