Very colourful smaller mosaic bird bath. The bowl detaches from the pillar for transport or can turn to change the configuration bowl and pillar. The maker used old patterned plates and tiles, I think. There are some bare places where pieces have fallen off. It wouldn't be hard to break your own plate etc and glue on in the gaps.
