A photographic art image "Desolate Dales Winter" by Richard H Fawcett.
Richard Fawcett is a Wensleydale sheep farmer and dog triallist who lives in the Dales of North Yorkshire. I've also seen a subtitle for this image "Leaning on the gate - counting heads and worrying". I believe this may be an 'image of self', the subject being the photographer.
This photographic picture dates to the late 1970s or thereabouts and the visible image measures 26cm by 15cm(the frame 36cm by 25cm), it's protected behind glass, in good condition(minor scratches on frame) and ready to hang.
