An original painting that is signed J Clapham of a Fruit and Grapes Still Life scene. (camera flashes can lighten up or change its looks, so if exact colours & shades are important to you do not bid or buy) This is an original artwork - I think the art work is quite well done. It does look good, I think that it is an acrylic perhaps, but, could be wrong,it could be something else, so is sold as is, whatever it is, so do not buy or bid if the medium used is important to you. It is undated. Not an expert, but I think the artwork looks quite good. The card surround has odd little marks etc but to me, it is fine. It is glassed. The frame is quite light and showing its age. The frame has marks, scrapes, wear & tear, chips, etc, but seems solid enough to just hang there. The frame measures approx 365mm odd x 295mm odd. Inside the frame is approx 335mm odd x 270mm odd. What you can actually see of the artwork itself is approx 215mm x 150 mm odd. So compare those measurements to something you already own to give you a good idea of size etc. There are many photos to give a good indication of condition, so have a look at all the photos to help you make up your own mind regards its condition, use or interest to you. A good collectable piece for the right person or place. We allow pickups, but if you can not pickup or do not want to, we can send for you on your behalf, at your risk, as NZ Post does not cover original artworks.
