A beautiful original artwork signed Irving & entitled ' Te Aroha Scene - 1975 ? ' - as per photos. (camera flashes can lighten up or change its looks, so if exact colours & shades are important to you do not bid or buy) This is an original artwork & I think the art work is quite well done. It does look good, May be odd little marks or spots etc, but it is basically fine. I think it is an oil, as it is quite textured in places, but could be wrong, might be an acrylic, so sold as is, whatever it is, so if being either is important to you, just give the auction a miss. It is not glassed. Looks to be done on board or card. The frame has minor & major marks, scrapes, chips, stains, wear & tear, etc etc but seems solid enough to just hang there. There are many photos to give a good indication of condition, so have a look at all the photos to help you make up your own mind regards its condition, use or interest to you. The frame measures approx 305mm odd x 220mm odd. Inside the frame and what you can actually see of the artwork itself is approx 265mm odd x 180mm odd. A good collectable piece for the right person or place. We allow pickups, but if you can not pickup or do not want to, we can send for you on your behalf, at your risk, as NZ Post does not cover original artworks.
