Old, very well painted watercolour signed Robt Winter (Robert James Winchester Fraser 1872-1930) Born in Harowden, Bedfordshire, England, he was the eldest son of Robert Winchester Fraser (1848-1906), who exhibited in the Royal Academy and Royal Scottish Academy. Robert Winter signed his paintings R Winter or Robert Winter to distinguish them from those painted by his father. (Source; Wikipedia, Fraser family of artists) Painting in great condition and the frame (50.5 x 31.5) has minor marks on it.
