NZ Made, They don't make them this solid anymore! Made by ACM Manufacturing, New Lynn Auckland. A museum piece? For an Arkwright store? ;))
Incomplete. Priced accordingly. Does not have the bar which goes through the centre of the paper roll - go to Mitre 10 and buy a piece of wooden dowling :)
