Large Rare Gold and Ironstone Specimen weighing 26.46 grams, with veins and chunky gold throughout.

I have changed details in this listing because this specimen is gold and Ironstone, not Galena as previously stated, therefore I will try to have a specific gravity test performed.

This came from the estate of my father, who was a geologist and prospector in Arizona in the 1940's.

I've also listed two other specimens. Leather pouch or "Poke" not included in the auction, but is listed separately.

Excellent idea! I listed these quickly to get in on theTM free selling day and hadn't done my homework. It's easy enough testing a quartz specimen, but the Ironstone and Galena specimens threw me. I can use all the help I can get to make this an honest and accurate trade. My weights for the Ironsone specimen are: Dry: 26.46 g. and Wet: 19.15g. Thanks!
