Lemax lighted building - Caddington Village Collection - Suttons Folk Art and Craft shop Has 2 windows to be able to see toys and books inside the building. Fabric blankets hanging on railing at the side of the building. Wheel has chain attached. AC Adaptor mains-powered light bulb inserts at the back to light up the windows, which is missing. Released in 2005 (retired 2008)

Very good condition. Fish at the top of the building has snapped off but is included and may be able to be glued back on. I'm selling a few of my Lemax houses, so check other listings. The ones on Trademe are the last of my collection that I'm selling.

Pickup from Cambridge (preferred due to size and fragility, house is porcelain).
Couriered at buyers risk (in original box, with molded styrofoam). Unsure of exact courier cost as will depend on location to be delivered to - price given should be maximum.
