CONDITION Immaculate, complete and intact with only light wear on covers, otherwise near new, no pen marks or inscriptions, kept flat never been half folded.
REMARKS Very scarce, especially in this condition and unfolded. See our other editions also listed. Will be shipped flat in an large A3 sized cardboard mailer.
