These little brooch pins date from the early 20th Century, they aren't easy to find these days, especially in nice condition like these ones. They were either prizes at fair-grounds or Christmas crackers etc and made of hard plastic that is often hand-painted.
The lifesaver in the center measures 7cm down, to give you an idea of scale and has a metal pin embedded in the back of the banner for the finding. The African lady bust has brass earrings and a brass safety pin inserted. The little guy on the right hangs from a 'good luck' banner with a bead articulated body and a badly drawn scary face.
